In the industrial town of Tomakomai the rooms are small but very comfortable. The property is close by to restaurants and convenience stores and free parking is available. The price includes breakfast and for the needs of our group of friends it worked out well.

Free breakfast albeit simple. Comfortable and clean. Helpful staff. Park for free. Even we missed out on the last car spot when first arrived, a staff was at hand to point us to another carpark diagonally opposite. Surprise was that the hotel validated our ticket and no payment was necessary.

Clean and big rooms with lots of space and friendly staff. Yamada and Suda went above and beyond to help us with our stay. So glad we booked there. Thank you. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. The fresh seasonal juices were delicious.

The breakfast was excellent! Much better than we anticipated. Everything was well prepared and delicious. Room was clean and comfortable and staff were courteous and helpful.

Excellent customer service. Staff at the reception went out of their way to help me, especially when i needed assistance with taxi bookings.

We arrived very late and couldn’t really enjoy the place as we have to leave very early. I wish coffee in the room would be good.
